Earlier in the year, De Montfort University approached us asking whether we could produce a series of training films to help inform academics about the support services available to their students who may be struggling with a variety of problems. With a very broad brief, we set out to push the boundaries of corporate video production and instead, produce a series of narrative driven films which academics could truly relate to. Our thinking was that despite interviews or animation being useful tools in which to get information across, that by producing something more dramatised, we would help to engage academics and result in them starting to think about the advice they would give in a similar situation. We are really happy with all 9 (yes 9!) films produced within the week for this project and it was a lot of fun working with the University to be as creative as possible whilst challenging ourselves. We’d like to once again thank the amazing cast and crew who all worked so hard to deliver such a successful project.
