We were commissioned by Big Difference Company to produce a short sketch to be displayed at the MiP national conference. The sketch is designed to reveal the best and the worst of management styles or strategies. It employs a fall-guy type approach – with the senior manager’s inadequacies gradually revealed throughout the film – whilst simultaneously illustrating positive approaches and methods of communication.
The whole piece was produced to begin as what could be a serious fly-on-the-wall view of a meeting, before gradually becoming clear that it is comedic.
We filmed the whole sketch using our Canon C100, and used our new radio mic, designed for taping under clothing in conjunction with a boom to capture the audio.
