Smith Brothers Stores are a commercial heating and plumbing merchant, and is one of the largest and oldest independent merchants operating within UK. We were approached to find a way of explaining in a simple but eye catching way SBS’s level experience, their simple ordering process and their quantity of stock. An animated video is definitely the best option for illustrating complex points.

This project is a great example of how simple the process of commissioning an animated video with us is. This was the process:

  • SBS contacted us wanting us to create an animated video.
  • After a meeting, SBS gave us a list of key point they wanted within the video, which we formatted into a script and storyboarded.
  • Once SBS we happy with the storyboard, we commissioned a voice over artist and began the animation process.
  • 5 Weeks later we had the first draft of the animated video ready for any amendments.

The end result was a dynamic, bright and eye catching animated video, which explains the process of ordering from SBS, their experience level within the industry and their customer service – all within a 2 minutes!
